STORYBOARD PANEL || 1

Hesperus grabbing groceries for Ainsley. Their reflection reveals that they are more then they claim to be.

STORYBOARD PANEL || 2

After crying their heart out, Ainsley takes a nap on Hesperus' shoulder. Concern engulfs Hesperus, and they can't help but feel drawn to Ainsley's incredibly resilient soul.

Chrysothemis warns Hesperus about their mother's growing suspicions about their absences. As a member of Helios' court, Chrys heard rumors of Eos' growing concern over her child's whereabouts.

STORYBOARD PANEL || 4

In an attempt to throw Eos off their back, Hesperus returns to the gods more frequently. Ainsley takes notice, and sorely misses Hesperus's presence in their life. After a long absence, Ainsley embraces Hesperus and begs them to never leave them. Hesperus obliges.

STORYBOARD PANEL || 5

For the first time in their eons of existence, the Evening Star does not appear in the night sky. Eos grows frantic and descends to the mortal plane to rip Hesperus away and exiles them for their foolishness.

Feeling betrayed by Hesperus, Ainsley closes off their friends and locks themself in their apartment. Chrys descends and appears before Ainsley in their semi-god form with a chalice of ambrosia, and implores them to save Hesperus from Eos.

STORYBOARD PANEL || 7

Ainsley travels to Elysium and arrives in the Hyperionide's palace. They have an audience with Eos, and begs her to forgive Hesperus. Eos agrees to forgive Hesperus, only if Ainsley retrieves Hesperus themselves and breaks off their relationship.

Ainsley finds Hesperus with help from Chrys, and the two explain the situation with each other.

They embrace one last time before they say farewell to each other.

The ordeal passes, and Ainsley and Hesperus resume their respective lives. Both carry a sense of newfound emptiness.

Eos, seeing Hesperus' discomfort, realizes that she acted hastily and confronts her child. Realizing that they truly love one another, Eos gives Hesperus a potion of mortality, and lets them make their choice between immortality and Ainsley.

Hesperus, now a fully fledged mortal, embraces the love of their life, and the two kiss.
